Capsicum annuum (Bell pepper cv. California Wonder) and Capsicum chinense (Habanero pepper) plants were infected with Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV). In this repository, we showed some results. First, symptom development was compared between mock-inoculated and infected plants. Then, we performed droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) to quantify and compare the number of viral copies in systemic leaf samples.
