Genomic characterization of pathogenic micbrobes (Genome sequencing and assembly). Acinetobacter baumannii

The project is intended to sequence the genomes of human pathogenic microbes (particularly bacteria) to elucidate the genomic characterization, focusing on determining the genomic diversity, and identifying virulence and antibiotic resistant genes/factors.
