Our results showed that FABP4 knockdown inhibits medulloblastoma cell proliferation, migration, and elevates the ROS and MDA levels, resulting in tumor cell apoptosis. Overall design: Medulloblastoma cell line DaoY was infected with shFABP4 and pLKO ctrl virus. RNA from these cells was collected and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.
