Expression data from Mus musculus tumor stromal vascular fraction

Subcutanesouly tumors from both Bmal1+/+ and Bmal1-/- mice were used to isolated stromal vascular fractions (SVF). Tumor cells with GFP+ signals were exclusive. Remain GFP- cells were collected to do RNAseq. Overall design: Stromal vascular fractions (SVF) from subcutaneous tumor from Bmal1+/+ and Bmal1-/- mice (n = 4/group) were isolated by fluorescence-activated single cell sorting (FACS). GFP+ positive tumor cells were excluded, remaining GFP- cells were served for RNA extraction and hybridization o Affymetrix microarray. We try to find out different gene expression in tumor host with circadian rhythm gene knockout.
