Biotin labelled miR-206 mimics ('06") and miR-Control mimics ("NC") were used to indentify putative miRNA transcript targets in FAPs form skeletal muscle FAPs were isolated from wildtype (WT) mouse skeletal muscle and grown to ~80% confluency, transfected with mimics for 24 hours, then maintained for 48 hours in basal medium (BM), at which time miRNA-transcript pulldowns were performed. Libraries were made with transcripts that were pulled down and these were sequenced to identify miR-206 targets. Two replicates per condition were completed.
