To Validate the effect of different scales of NP on gene expression in BMSCs. The role of NPWT within bone tissue was determined by combining CFD results and gene expression. Comparison of gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data from NP-treated mouse BMSCs with applied pressures of -80 mmHg, -120 mmHg, -160 mmHg and -200 mmHg, respectively.
