测控系统集成了不同的软件和硬件,用于测量参数、监控过程和控制操作,已广泛应用于关键基础设施,并采用以太网进行数据交换。最近的文献表明,由于各种固有的安全弱点,测量和控制系统在遭受网络攻击时非常脆弱。为研究测控系统的信息安全问题,分析不同测控系统使用工业协议的安全性,本课题设计并建造了一套仿真环境,该仿真环境采用可拆卸复用的方式,集成西门子PLC、欧姆龙PLC、施耐德PLC、和利时PLC、三菱PLC等控制器设备,包含S7、Modbus、Fins、Ethernet等协议。采集不同控制器所产生的数据报文,进行安全性分析,并进行攻击和防护实验。
Measurement and control systems (MCS), which integrate diverse software and hardware components for parameter measurement, process monitoring and operation control, have been widely deployed in critical infrastructure, with Ethernet adopted for data exchange. Recent studies have shown that measurement and control systems are highly vulnerable to cyberattacks due to various inherent security vulnerabilities. To investigate the information security issues of MCSs and analyze the security of industrial protocols used in different measurement and control systems, this study designed and constructed a detachable and reusable simulation environment. This environment integrates controller devices such as Siemens PLC, Omron PLC, Schneider PLC, Hollysys PLC and Mitsubishi PLC, and supports protocols including S7, Modbus, Fins and Ethernet. It collects data packets generated by various controllers, conducts security analysis, and performs attack and defense experiments.
