The ACCLAIM study is a phase II, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial investigating the safety and potential therapeutic effect of abatacept (CTLA4-Ig) in adults with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). Participants receive monthly intravenous abatacept or placebo, with a crossover phase.
