Exome sequencing of ulcerative colitis patients who received tofacitinib

We performed exome sequencing of ulcerative patient who received tofacitinib, an pan JAK-STAT inhibitor. The purpose of this study is to identify exome variants that specifically enriched in tofacitinib responders compared with nonresponders.
