ranscriptomic analysis of MOLM13 and TP53-knockout cells treated with DMSO and Mycophenolic Acid

This project focuses on the transcriptomic analysis of MOLM13 wild-type and TP53-knockout acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines treated with DMSO (control) or Mycophenolic Acid (MPA). Using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), this study aims to uncover transcriptional changes induced by MPA treatment, providing insights into its potential to enhance therapeutic efficacy in AML.
