The aims of this project is to establish the rapid predictive method of bacterial vaginosis (BV). BV is closely linked to chorioamnionitis (CAM) and prompt diagnosis and treatment of BV are critical to reducing the risk of aberrant pregnancy outcomes. Our data were generated by 16S rRNA gene sequencing of vaginal swab from CAM and non-CAM patients using Flongle flow cells (Oxford Nanopore Technologies). For the establishment of rapid predictive method, sequencing data were extracted in one-hour.
