Glycine max treated with endophytic Streptomyces sp. M57 in 5 permille saline-alkali soil (treatment group)

This RNA-Seq submission corresponds to the treatment group of Glycine max: seedlings were grown in 5 permille saline-alkali soil and treated with endophytic Streptomyces sp.M57. The dataset includes 3 biological replicates, which will be compared with the shared control group (Glycine max in 5 permille saline-alkali soil without bacterial treatment) to analyze the transcriptional response of soybean to Streptomyces M57 under salt stress.
