资源简介:
We aim to analyze the transcriptional profiles of primary human keratinocytes in response to interferon gamma (IFNG) treatment and/or HSV-2 (strain HG-52) infection. The goal is to define IFNG regulated intrinsic immunity of primary human keratinocytes and how HSV-2 infection regulates the intrinsic immunity of primary human keratinocyte. Primary human keratinocytes were untreated or treated with IFNG (100 u/ml) for 48 hours and then mock infected or infected with HG-52 (a HSV-2 strain) for 4 hours. The total RNA were extracted and converted into cDNA. The cRNA transcribed from the cDNA were labled and hybridized to Illumina beadarray (HT-12 v4).
