This project aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the adaptive response of Arabidopsis thaliana roots to iron deficiency stress. We performed RNA sequencing on root samples from Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings grown under iron-deficient conditions for 3 days, alongside control samples. The transcriptomic data generated will help identify key genes and regulatory pathways involved in iron uptake, translocation, and homeostasis in plant roots, providing insights into the molecular basis of plant iron nutrition and stress tolerance.
