Transcriptome analysis of formalin fixed paraffin embedded murine lung tumors We analyzed the transcriptomes of FFPE tumor tissues obtained using laser capture microdissection. Both primed-3D and unprimed-2D D2.A1 and D2.OR cells (murine breast cancer cell lines) were injected into the lateral tail veins of BALB/c mice. Following lung harvest, processing/embedding, laser capture microdissection, and RNA extraction, RNA derived from these tumors was analyzed using Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse 2.0 ST microarrays.
