MYB transcription factors can respond positively to abiotic stresses in plants. However, few studies on MYB response to freezing stress in tea plant have been reported. CsMYB4-like belongs to the R2R3-MYB transcription factor, and CsMYB4-like was transiently overexpressed in Nicotiana benthamiana for 2 d to study the function of CsMYB4-like under low temperature. The RNA-seq data will help to explore the molecular response of CsMYB4-like after transiently overexpressed in N. benthamiana.
