16S and SCFA data from "A Diverse Set of Solubilized Natural Fibers Drives Structure-Dependent Metabolism and Modulation of the Human Gut Microbiota"

Raw data from 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing and SCFA quantification from fecal fermentations described in "A Diverse Set of Solubilized Natural Fibers Drives Structure-Dependent Metabolism and Modulation of the Human Gut Microbiota". For each modality, data is split into two sets--one for experiments run using a pooled fecal inoculum (labeled pool1), and one set for experiments run with individual fecal donors (labeled multidonor). Data is organized by modality and each modality contains subfolders for the two experimental datasets, along with metadata files.
