The test site was Jiangsu Lixihe Institute of Agricultural Sciences rice-fishery Comprehensive Cultivation Demonstration Base, which was located in Qingfeng Village, Guangling District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province . The soil type is silty clay. Soil samples of 0-15 cm were collected from the tilled layer.The water samples were collected around each field (about 1 m away from the adjacent field ridge) and in the center of the rice field. 2 L of water samples were collected at each point, totaling 10 L, and 500 mL were collected after being mixed evenly and brought back to the laboratory. After the water sample is standing, the circulating water vacuum pump is used to filter and enrich the water microorganism.
