Effect of over-expression of lncRNA HEGBC on gene expression of GBC-SD cell

LncRNAs play an important role in regulating cancer progression. We have report lncRNA HEGBC as a key regulator of tumorigenesis and metastasis of gall bladder cancer. To further illustrate the biological function of lncRNA HEGBC, we overexpressed it in GBC-SD cells. Through enrichment analysis, pathways like chemical carcinogenesis - DNA adducts, IL-17 signaling pathway, metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450, lipid and atherosclerosis and ECM-receptor interaction were enriched. Taken together, our project revealed the function of lncRNA HEGBC in gallbladder cancer progression, especially in the response to chemical carcinogens. To reveal the biological function of lncRNA HEGBC in gallbladder cancer, we overexpressed lncRNA HEGBC in GBC-SD cells by overexpression plasmid.
