资源简介:
A total of 24 mice were randomly divided into three groups, with 8 mice in each group. The control group (CON) was housed under normal environmental conditions throughout the experimental period. The high-altitude group (HA) was kept in a hypobaric chamber simulating an altitude of 3,500-4,000 meters above sea level during the experimental period. The high-altitude probiotic group (HAP) was similarly housed in the hypobaric chamber at the same simulated altitude as the HA group. Each group received either 0.2 mL of saline or 0.2 mL containing 100 million CFU of Lactobacillus johnsonii HL79. The experimental duration was 21 days, after which the mice were humanely euthanized, and hippocampal tissues were collected for transcriptomic sequencing.
