Log2 ratios are reported for the most highly down-regulated genes as evidenced by microarray. The standard error of the Log2 ratio is provided in parentheses. Sequence similarity searches were conducted through dbEST, NCBI, and Swiss-prot using a translated query. (SP) indicates a predicted signal sequence peptide. (PRP) indicates members of the PRP superfamily. PRPs have been termed Ancylostoma secreted proteins (ASPs) in hookworms.
