eccDNA Atlas of Mouse

eccDNA is an important driver of many cancers and a potential intermediate in other age related disorders. However, little is known about when eccDNA forms, how age and chromatin states affect eccDNA. To address this, we created an Atlas of eccDNA across seven healthy tissues of mice in four ages (3, 12 and 22 month old). Additionally, we performed bulk RNA-seq from matched eccDNA samples to address the effects of transcription and eccDNA formation.
