AKR1B1 is required for maintaining acute leukemia cell survival by epigenetic silencing of tumor suppressor genes

In order to explore the role of AKR1B1 in gene transcription expression, we established shControl and shAKR1B1_1 in Jurkat cells to down-regulate AKR1B1 expression in Jurkat. We then analyzed gene expression using RNA-seq.
