Neutrophils are the most abundant leukocytes in vertebrates and are essential for host defense system. Despite extensive studies in the past decades, the molecular network controlling neutrophil development remains incompletely defined. We investigated the role of gfi1aa in neutrophil development using the zebrafish model system. So we performed Gfi1aa-eGFP Chip-seq in zebrafish embryos to find Gfi1aa target genes in neutrophil regulation.
