资源简介:

This dataset contains the de-identified data underlying the case–control study "The roles of computed tomography-measured axial and coronal renal camber angles in renal stone formation" (BMC Urology). The dataset comprises 200 individuals: 100 patients with renal stones and 100 stone-free controls who underwent abdominal computed tomography. For each participant, the following variables are provided: study ID, age, sex, right and left axial renal-camber angle (R-ARCA, L-ARCA), right and left coronal renal-camber angle (R-CRCA, L-CRCA), coronal upper and lower interpolar distances (CUID, CLID), and group allocation. For stone formers, stone characteristics are additionally included: stone count, largest stone size, stone density, and stone location by kidney side and intrarenal region (lower pole, upper pole, interpolar, renal pelvis, ureter). All angular and distance measurements were obtained from CT images by a single experienced observer blinded to group allocation. Patient names have been masked to preserve confidentiality; no directly identifying information is included. The dataset is provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the published analyses. File: RENAL_ANGLES_cleaned_anonymized.xlsx (Microsoft Excel format).
