Malus domestica cultivar:'Honeycrisp' and 'Cripps Pink' Raw sequence reads

In the current study, the transcriptome profiles of two different apple cultivars, Honeycrisp and Cripps Pink, which represent late- and early-blooming cultivars, respectively, were analyzed with the goal of identifying important pathways and genes influencing apple bloom time. RNA-sequencing was used to do the analysis on floral bud samples that were obtained at five specific times throughout endodormancy and ecodormancy.
