Mouse_mesothelioma_Cancer_Sequencing. Mouse_mesothelioma_Cancer_Sequencing

In this project we will sequence the exome of a collection of mouse mesothelioma cell lines. The initiating mutations in these lines include Nf2, p53 and p16. We will then screen these cell lines with a panel of candidate cancer compounds with the aim of correlating the somatic mutations identified by exome sequencing with the drug response. .
