CAMI2 and MetaHIT benchmark datasets for input to VAMB. These are the datasets used in the paper and for each dataset the file contains:
- Contigs (contigs.fna.gz)- Abundance estimation of each contig x sample in Numpy npc format (abundance.npz)- Reference information on the source of each contig (reference.tsv)- Taxonomy of each OTU in the dataset (taxonomy.tsv)
