Dataset and supplementary material of the manuscript “Multi-mechanism Brittle-Ductile Deformation in Carbonate Mylonites”

This dataset contains raw microstructural data supporting the manuscript “Multi-mechanism Brittle-Ductile Deformation in Carbonate Mylonites.” It includes thin section scans and corresponding electron backscatter diffraction (.ctf) files of carbonate mylonites sampled from multiple major shear zones in the Naukluft Nappe Complex, Namibia. The dataset contains examples of calc-mylonites and dolomitic mylonites, and the files are intended to support interpretation of deformation mechanisms and crystallographic preferred orientations (CPOs) discussed in the manuscript.
