Survey tudy of the conditions of the recipients of social assistance benefits in 2006

This study examines the Danish labour marked including job opportunities, wages and social security benefits. The survey includes questions on housing conditions, childcare, employment of spouse, health, substance abuse etc. Other topics included in the survey: - Job hunting and types of job. - Requirements for job offers. - Offers to participate in labour market activation programmes in 2005 and 2006. - Guidance on job hunting and supplementary training. - Has the job hunting intensified as a result of participating in a labour market activation programme? - Health problems and mental illness. - Other problems than unemployment. - Have the respondents received information on finding a job, taking early retirement or staying on social security.
