This web application includes: Population age 65 years and over, 2018 - American Community Survey (ACS) 2014-2018, U.S. Census Bureau Birthrate, 2018 is used as a proxy for the pregnancy rate within the county - Online Analytical Statistical Information System by Georgia Department of Health (OASIS Georgia DPH) Population with Diabetes, 2016 - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Population with respiratory disease, 2018 - Online Analytical Statistical Information System by Georgia Department of Health (OASIS Georgia DPH) The respiratory disease includes Flu, Pneumonia, Bronchitis, Emphysema, Asthma, and all other chronic lower respiratory diseases.
