Summary of litter data produced in fertility trials

Raw data compiled from mating experiments conducted using wildtype (WT), heterozygous KO, and homozygous KO for each candidate gene, where accessible. From these data, broad comparisons of mean litter size between each genotype were subsequently statistically evaluated using Student’s or Welch’s t-tests, depending on the level of variance within each genotype group.
