电机轴承使用电火花加工的方式在内滚道、外滚道和滚动体(即滚珠)分别引入损伤以模拟外圈故障、内圈故障和滚动体故障。实验将故障轴承安装至测试实验台中,并通过竖直与水平两个方向的加速度传感器进行故障轴承振动信号的采集。从而模拟真实场景产生的故障数据,供在边缘侧设备的状态分析方向进行更好的研究。整体数据约9M。
Artificial defects were introduced on the inner raceway, outer raceway, and rolling elements (i.e., balls) of motor bearings via electric discharge machining (EDM) to simulate outer race faults, inner race faults, and rolling element faults respectively. The faulty bearings were installed on a dedicated test bench, and vibration signals of the faulty bearings were collected using accelerometers in both vertical and horizontal directions. This setup simulates real-world fault data to facilitate better research on condition analysis for edge-side devices. The total size of the dataset is approximately 9 MB.
