A custom Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) panel was developed targeting all synthase genes (THCAS, CBDAS, and CBCAS) and pseudogenes across diverse C. sativa samples, spanning reference hemp and marijuana materials, commercial hemp derivatives, and seized marijuana extracts. This bioproject contains raw sequencing reads from the MiSeq FGx.
