Data from: SNP genotyping elucidates the genetic diversity of Magna Graecia grapevine germplasm and its historical origin and dissemination

Additional file 2SNP profiles of 187 grapevine accessions included in the set of samples #1, genotyped at 18K loci. Dataset resulted was filtered based on SNP call quality and GenTrain score: samples with low SNP call quality (p50GC<0.54) were removed from the analysis and only SNPs with a GenTrain score higher than 0.6 were retained. "A": homozygous for dominant allele; "B": heterozygous for recessive allele; "?": missing data.
