Genome sequence of Streptomyces sp. HEK131. Streptomyces strain:HEK131

Streptomyces sp. HEK131 is a Gram-positive filamentous actinobacteria and possess 6.54 Mb linear genome with GC content of 71.8%. Streptomyces sp. HEK131 produces phenazine class antibiotics (griseoluteins) as secondary metabolites. Sequence reads of Streptomyces sp. HEK131 was obtained by single-molecule real-time sequencing (PacBio RSII) and illumine pair end 150 bp short reads (Hiseq). Assembly was performed by HGAP4 (ver 4.0), Falcon (ver 0.3) or Canu (ver 0.7) software for PacBio reads and then Arrow (v2.3.3) / Pilon (v1.22) were used to recorrect the assembly result.
