The MODIS/Terra Sea Ice Extent Daily L3 Global 1km EASE-Grid Day (MOD29P1D) data set contains tiles of daily 1 km resolution sea ice extent, ice surface temperature, and quality assessment data gridded to the Equal Area Scalable Earth Grid (EASE-Grid).
As of August 2023, this data set is retired and no longer available for download. We recommend using MODIS/Terra Sea Ice Extent Daily L3 Global 1km EASE-Grid Day, Version 61 as an alternative.
