AusAMF: The database of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal communities in Australia

This repository contains files associated with the AusAMF database (www.ausamf.com), the first national-scale compilation of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal community data across Australia. It includes:An R script detailing the code used to process AM fungal community data, calculate diversity metrics, and generate figures presented in the associated publication.A dataset (datacube file) comprising raster layers of environmental variables (e.g., climate and soil attributes) used in spatial analyses and community modelling.
