为了降低城市管网运行风险,需要定期对城市管网进行评估及维护,由于城市管网建设时期不同,材质不同,运行环境不同,人工评估不准确且耗时过长,通过采集管网的最大压力数据、最小压力数据、压力波动率、最高温度、最低温度、温度波动率、流量数据、埋深、土壤酸碱度、接口密闭情况等数据,使用管道完整性算法,可以更精准的得到管道评估数据,根据管道完整性评分,对评分低的管网有计划的进行探查、维修和更换,降低了人工筛查的成本。1、通过金卡GIS平台获取阿克苏市每段管网的投运日期、管道材质、管道头经度、管道头纬度、管道尾经度、管道尾纬度、埋深,通过金卡物联网采集平台获取土壤酸碱度、接口密闭情况、最大压力、最大压力时刻、最小压力、最小压力时刻、最高温度、最高温度时刻、最低温度、最低温度时刻数据。 2、按照评估月度,对采集到的压力、温度数据,使用波动率计算公式【(最高-最低)/1h】计算出每小时平均压力波动率和每小时平均温度波动率。 3、将上述所有数据进行量化转换,输入管道完整性模型PIDM(Pipeline Integrity Data Model) 4、通过管道完整性模型,对每段管网进行评分。 5、根据管道完整性评分,对评分低的管网有计划的进行探查、维修和更换,降低了人工筛查的成本。

To reduce the operational risks of urban pipeline networks, regular assessment and maintenance are necessary. Owing to the varying construction periods, different materials and diverse operating environments of urban pipeline networks, manual assessment is not only inaccurate but also time-consuming. By collecting data such as maximum pressure data, minimum pressure data, pressure volatility, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, temperature volatility, flow data, burial depth, soil pH value and interface tightness of the pipeline network, and leveraging the pipeline integrity algorithm, more accurate pipeline assessment results can be generated. Then, based on the pipeline integrity scores, scheduled inspections, repairs and replacements can be conducted for pipeline segments with low scores, thereby lowering the cost of manual screening. 1. Obtain the commissioning date, pipeline material, longitude and latitude of the pipeline start point, longitude and latitude of the pipeline end point, and burial depth of each pipeline segment in Aksu City via the Golden Card GIS Platform; collect data including soil pH value, interface tightness, maximum pressure and its occurrence time, minimum pressure and its occurrence time, maximum temperature and its occurrence time, minimum temperature and its occurrence time via the Golden Card IoT Collection Platform. 2. Calculate the hourly average pressure volatility and hourly average temperature volatility for the collected pressure and temperature data according to the evaluation month, using the volatility calculation formula [(max - min)/1h]. 3. Conduct quantitative conversion on all the above data and input them into the Pipeline Integrity Data Model (PIDM). 4. Score each segment of the pipeline network through the Pipeline Integrity Model. 5. Based on the pipeline integrity scores, perform scheduled inspections, repairs and replacements on pipeline segments with low scores, so as to reduce the cost of manual screening.
