Bar-coded pyrosequencing of grassland soil DNA. soil metagenome

Bar-coded pyrosequencing has been increasingly used due to its fine taxonomic resolution and high throughput. Yet, concerns arise regarding the reproducibility of bar-coded pyrosequencing. In this project, we aimed to quantitatively examine the extent to which run-to-run variation of bar-coded pyrosequencing affects the results of microbial community and population analyses.
