This dataset contains BRAKER3 genome annotation files for three leafhopper genome assemblies analyzed in the manuscript “A Chromosome-level Genome Assembly of the Potato Leafhopper Empoasca fabae (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae)”: Empoasca fabae, Hebata decipiens, and Matsumurasca onukii. Annotations were generated without transcriptome evidence and are provided to support reproducibility and downstream comparative genomic analyses. Files include predicted gene protein sequences of longest isoforms and related annotation outputs such as gtf files.
