The goals of WGS (Whole Genome Sequencing) analysis in TJ46 cells derived from a GBM primary tissue to obtain information on the genetic alterations that characterize this model. Overall design: Sequencing libraries were prepared using the NEBNext DNA Library Prep Master Mix Set (Illumina) according to the manufacturer's instructions. The libraries were paired-end sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (Annoroad Gene Technology Beijing Co. Ltd.).
