Data Integration Files for Genetox21

This folder (data_integration_files) contains two subfolders which contain files from the data_integration folder of the EHSRB-BSRSE-Bioinformatics Genetox21 repository. Subfolder 1: data_transformation_input Raw data (e.g. from Proast) that serves as input for transformation python scripts that transform the data into a suitable format for the database Subfolder 2: db_csvs Extracted CSV versions of the tables from the gtx21.db database
