The dataset includes 1 hospital biofilm plasmidome sample collected in June 2015 at CHU Gabriel Montpied sewers in Clermont-Ferrand (France). Biofilm was formed for 3 months and the extraction was enriched in plasmids. Paired-end reads (2x150pb) sequencing was done twice with an Illumina HiSeq.
