California Recreational Fisheries Survey, Catch Per Unit Angler for Salmon - R7 - 2004-2024 - CDFW [ds3184]

This dataset displays the California Recreational Fishery Survey's (CRFS) primary (PR1) and secondary (PR2) private and rental boat public-access sites survey data at the standard 1 minute reporting blocks. Data, for years 2004 to 2024, is summarized by only kept or both kept and released catch per unit angler (CPUA) for all catch and all angler effort. CPUA values are provided for 5-year periods and the entire time frame. Due to the wide variability in total catch for individual species, this feature's primary function is to represent where any fishing effort has occurred.
