The analysis of B cell receptors from single B cells obtained by BD rhapsody system was performed from seven healthy donors (HD); two HD who overcame from COVID-19 (HD-COVID-19), two HD with mRNA vaccine to SARS-CoV-2 (HD with vaccine) and three HD without vaccine (HD without vaccine) groups. Raw fastq files may be analyzed by BD rhapsody system.
