Residual strains estimations in the annulus fibrosus through digital image correlation

This upload correspond to the experimental data and all the python and LMGC software pipeline to process the data. The raw data correspond to images of the stress/strain relaxation process within the annulus fibrosus following a radial cut. The corresponding scientific article has been published in the following Diamond Open Access Journal : Journal of Theoretical, Computational and Applied Mechanics.
