This project aimed to infer a phylogeny of the tropical tribe Palicoureeae in the coffee family (Rubiaceae), focussing on the African genus Hymenocoleus, from target-captured sequence data generated with the Angiosperms353 probe set. The sequenced samples include 25 Hymenocoleus samples representing 16 species and 14 samples of other Palicoureeae.
