This dataset is mainly used to monitor the ofloxacin content indicators of edible agricultural products in Yinzhou District. Based on the test data, it can be determined whether the ofloxacin content in edible agricultural products meets the food safety production standards, so as to avoid food safety issues caused by excessive ofloxacin residues, provide regulatory basis for supervision departments, and further protect consumers' food safety. More than 40 types of edible agricultural products were sampled in a certain region; according to the National Food Safety Standard GB/T 21312-2007, the paper disk method was adopted to sample the ofloxacin content in edible agricultural products, which were then brought back to the laboratory for testing. The test results of ofloxacin were screened out, and the ofloxacin content standards for edible agricultural products were judged in accordance with GB/T 21312-2007 to evaluate their edible safety. The qualified rate of ofloxacin content in edible agricultural products = number of qualified sample items / number of tested samples; The test results of problematic items in the safety evaluation of ofloxacin content in edible agricultural products can be used as a basis for safety evaluation in the food industry, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory departments.
