Sox2 levels configure the WNT response of epiblast progenitors responsible for vertebrate body formation. [EXP4_RNASeq]

In this experiment the transcriptional changes accompanying differentiation of embryonic stem cell to epiblast-like cells was assayed using RNA-seq. Transcriptional profiles were generated from three independent biological replicates in two experimental conditions. Serum cultured ES cells were compared to epiblast progenitor cells differentiated in the presence of FGF.
